Bodyshop owners have difficulty accessing experience centers for coating systems, where physical centers can be few and far between. Axalta, a world-leader in coating systems, wanted us to simplify that journey and elevate the stakeholder experience.
Our Solution
We created a full featured virtual customer experience centre for Axalta, with a web enabled 3D experience, so bodyshop owners can virtually try various products from Axalta and learn more about product specifications. Bodyshop owners have the ability to select from an array of various car models based on the brands and apply the paints and coatings on them to see the results. We also incorporated an easy to use CMS and analytics dashboard, along with CRM, inventory system integration and voice integration. The virtual experience resulted in increased sales and mindshare experience with bodyshop owners.
