Our client wanted to translate their annual conference into a virtual meet and greet experience for employees, clients, and stakeholders to join in from all over the world. The experience had to have a distinct corporate identity coupled with interactive communicative features at scale.
For this two-day hybrid event, we recreated a digital replica of the leadership summit venue with directory based SSO authentication system for maximum security. The environment was multiplayer, browser based and device enabled. Live keynotes were displayed throughout the environment via digitally embedded video feeds. An experience center for products and services was also included. The event had close to a thousand attendees from across the globe.
