Built an End-to-End Learning and Training Gamified Platform for SpiceJet


India’s second largest airlines, SpiceJet, were looking to improve the efficiency of their learning modules specifically for in-cabin and on-ground crew members. They were looking for a reliable technology partner to take end-to-end responsibility to build the e-learning platform.


GC Interactive engaged with SpiceJet and took the responsibility to deliver an interactive and engaging e-learning platform called Spicelearn. Using interactive interfaces, google action based voice assist, engaging video content, gamification elements, leaderboard, push notifications, we built a rather engaging platform that made training fun, interactive and fulfilling. GC drove the entire content strategy that provided the young & aspiring employees of SpiceJet, a way to enhance their learning and training with the help of technology. We wanted to uncomplicate learning, that adds wings of clarity and confidence to the flying future of the employees of Spicejet.
