Greatest literary show on Earth powered by AR Campaign for HarperCollins


HarperCollins Publishers India wanted to use digital technologies to create a promotional campaign for their Jaipur Literature Festival. The JLF is described as one of the ‘greatest literary shows on Earth’, this festival has hosted nearly 2000 speakers and welcomed over a million book lovers from across India and the globe


GC Interactive made a proactive pitch to HarperCollins and won the opportunity to create and execute their promotional campaign using Augmented Reality.

Our solution was aimed at attracting eyeballs and creating engaging experiences for the target audience (including both youth and not so young generation). We developed a halo mounted face filter with books along with wings attached on each side of the book.


The campaign ran for 28 days and achieved the following results:
