The Saudi Tourism Authority (STA) was seeking a fully virtual way to engage with tourists across 5 regions- Russia, Germany, India, UK & Middle East- to promote tourism and travel in Saudi Arabia.


Our Solution

We created a fully immersive and gamified experience for STA, where users could also collaborate with each other within the experience. The event was split into webinars and a virtual roadshow, where over 25 entities sponsored virtual booths. The event was live streamed across Russia, Germany, India, the Middle East, and the UK with over 20,000 participants across 5 days.
